Digital Subtraction Angiography (DSA) is a large advanced and sophisticated medical imaging device. It applies computer program twice imaging technology, can obtain clear anatomical structure of the fallopian tubes, and can show the whole process of contrast agent diffusion in the lumen of the fallopian tubes, thus helping us to clarify the lesions; at the same time, we can use the fine COOK-micro guide wire series to unblock the diseased fallopian tubes and obtain good results. The following are the advantages over the traditional X-ray tubal imaging and de-cannulation: 1. Through the digital subtraction function, we can get continuous and complete dynamic images of the whole tubal peristalsis. 2. 2. Due to the subtraction of images of bones and soft tissues, the images of uterus and fallopian tubes can be displayed in high definition, which improves the accuracy of diagnosis and can record the complete treatment process. 3. Due to the design features of DSA machine, the amount of radiation can be reduced by about 70% compared with ordinary X-ray machine, and the radiation dose received by the patient during the operation is very small and has little effect on the body. 4. Due to the use of subtraction function, the concentration and amount of contrast agent used during the operation are greatly reduced, thus avoiding the damage of contrast agent to the uterus, fallopian tubes and pelvic cavity, and at the same time, high definition images can be obtained. 5. The success rate of uterine and tubal intubation can be significantly improved by using DSA pathogram technology. A clear surgical pathogram can be easily obtained by injecting a small amount of contrast agent into the uterine cavity to precisely determine the location of the uterine horns and tubal obstruction, thus improving the success rate of intubation and tubal evacuation. The damage to the uterine mucosa and fallopian tubes caused by blind operation is avoided, and the complication rate is reduced. 6.Operating under asepsis in the interventional operating room, it can avoid uterine and pelvic infections caused by the operation. 7. It is easy to operate and can be done as you go. 3~5 days of oral antibiotics can be taken after the operation to prevent infection.
