Can idiopathic tremor cure itself?

Idiopathic tremor is a slowly progressive neurodegenerative disease with tremor as its sole manifestation, which usually does not resolve spontaneously. It can be treated aggressively to relieve the discomfort, but cannot be cured completely. Common treatments include general treatment, medication and surgery.
1. General treatment: patients with idiopathic tremor need to develop good habits of daily life and rest, appropriate physical exercise and sports, and try to keep their spirits happy.
2. Drug treatment: patients can use drugs such as propranolol and paracetamol to control the symptoms of tremor, but it can not be cured.
3. Surgery: Patients with severe symptoms and poor drug treatment can be treated with thalamus destruction surgery and deep brain electrical stimulation.
As idiopathic tremor cannot be cured by itself, patients are advised to consult a doctor as soon as possible, take medication strictly according to the doctor’s prescription, and actively cooperate with the doctor’s treatment.
