What’s wrong with involuntary arm tremors?

Involuntary arm tremor may be associated with excessive exercise, Parkinson’s disease, stroke or idiopathic tremor.
1. Excessive exercise: the muscles of the arms will be in a state of excitement after excessive exercise, and the symptoms of involuntary tremor will appear, and the symptoms will be relieved after resting for a period of time.
2. Parkinson’s disease: Older patients with symptoms of involuntary arm tremor need to consider the possibility of Parkinson’s disease. Parkinson’s disease causes an imbalance between the acetylcholine system and the dopamine system, and the patient will experience involuntary tremor.
3. Strokes: Strokes involve the extrapyramidal system, resulting in increased muscle tone, which can lead to involuntary tremor of the arms.
4. Idiopathic tremor: Idiopathic tremor is a kind of movement disorder with tremor as the only manifestation. The cause of idiopathic tremor is unknown, and it may be related to factors such as family genetics and environmental influence.
