It manifests as chronic tight-band-like or pressure pain in the head, usually bilateral headache, and the onset may be related to psychological stress. I. Clinical manifestations: 1. Episodic tension-type headache Pain, tightness, heaviness, pressure, tightness, bilateral banding distribution. Less than 180 days per year (less than 15 days/month); 2. Chronic tension headache Greater than 180 days/year, 15 days/month. Treatment: 1. Drug therapy (1) Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs Aspirin 300~600mg, four times a day; (2) Anti-anxiety and depression drugs Amitriptyline 12.5mg/night, gradually increase the dosage later, in order not to appear sleepy the next day.
