How are myotonic headaches treated?

  Myotonic headache is one of the most common types of chronic headache. The headache is mostly related to long-term mental work and mental factors, and the patient’s position at work causes persistent contraction of neck muscles, and tension, anxiety, irritability and insomnia often aggravate the headache.  At present, the treatment of this disease mainly includes the following aspects: 1. If necessary, acupoint block and nerve block therapy can be done. The effect is good.
