Minimally invasive surgery, i.e. laparoscopic appendectomy, is recommended for the first operation. There are three puncture holes in the abdomen. The first puncture hole is above or below the umbilicus, which itself is the body’s natural scar, and when a wound is made near it, the scar is essentially invisible after surgery. The second piercing hole is a 5mm piercing hole, chosen to be on the midline below the umbilicus, the area itself will have a natural line in the human body, so the scar of the wound after surgery is also relatively small. The third puncture hole is about 1cm, chosen on the right side of the umbilicus or below the left side of the umbilicus, and the incision is made in a neat and uniform manner. When the incision is closed, the first step is to use absorbable sutures for intradermal suturing, paying attention to the neatness of the incision. After suturing, anti-scar medication can be used in the early stage, and massage methods such as potato topical application can be used in the later stage to reduce scar formation. In the later stage, if the complete wound grows well and you still feel the scar is obvious, you can consider cosmetic surgery in the plastic surgery department.
