Causes of hard lumps in wounds after appendicitis surgery

The wound has hard lumps after appendectomy, due to the following reasons: 1. It may be due to the normal healing process of the wound after surgery, fibrous connective tissue proliferation, resulting in the formation of local scar hard lumps, which belong to the normal incision, the healing process need not be too nervous, worry. 2. It may be due to local inflammatory reaction of the wound, including redness, swelling, heat, pain and other inflammatory manifestations, it is best to do ultrasound to check the situation around the wound, and give local symptomatic support treatment.
