Patient: There have been times when I have eaten fatty foods and my stomach hurts, but it clears up after a while, and I haven’t had any pain for months. Laboratory and examination results: Anhui Armed Police Hospital ultrasound: gallbladder size 59*20mm, wall thickness 3mm, gross, multiple strong echogenic light clusters detected in the gallbladder, maximum about 17*8mm, with acoustic shadow, moving with body position change, but internal and external bile ducts are not dilated. Ultrasound of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University: normal size and shape of the gallbladder, gross cyst wall, several strong echogenic clusters with acoustic shadow up to about 15*12mm were detected in the cyst. Doctor: Surgery is recommended. Biliary stone retrieval has a high recurrence rate and should not be used.
