Lung cancer, early detection and early treatment is the most important thing

Recently, I have had a lot of insights in my work, and I have a lot of feelings about my work area, so I would like to talk about them briefly. The biggest experience is that the incidence of lung cancer is getting higher and higher. 4 cases of lung cancer were diagnosed in a day, many of them just had mild symptoms and came to the hospital for bronchoscopy and found that the pathology reported lung cancer. Moreover, the chances of surgery from chest CT are not very good. The prognosis of these patients is very poor. Although repeatedly treated, the prognosis, i.e. 5-year survival rate, is still not high, which is determined by the characteristics of such diseases. Nowadays, there is no decisive breakthrough in the treatment of malignant tumors internationally, that is, the treatment of such diseases still focuses on prolonging the survival of patients and cannot fundamentally solve the problem, which means that early detection and early treatment are crucial. The incidence of lung cancer in men over the age of 50 is a high incidence of lung cancer, and it is getting younger and younger, and the incidence of lung cancer in women is also increasing year by year. The Beijing Health White Paper has already announced that lung cancer is now the number one disease in terms of incidence and death rate, for both men and women. It is evident that the incidence of lung cancer will increase in the next 10 years, which requires us to be more vigilant. Early detection and early treatment are the keys to determine the prognosis of lung cancer.
