What should I do if my face is full of pimples?

Pimples all over the face can be improved by general treatment, medication, chemotherapy and physical therapy.
A lot of pimples on the face is a manifestation of acne, commonly known as pimples. It is related to exuberant secretion of androgen, increased secretion of sebaceous glands, abnormal perifollicular keratinization, and Propionibacterium acnes infection.
1. General treatment: Long-term late night, high sugar and high fat diet, emotional instability and other factors can induce sebaceous glands to increase secretion, thus aggravating acne.
Daily routine should be regular, avoid staying up late; diet should be light, eat more vegetables, moderate amount of fruits, try to avoid eating sugary and greasy food such as desserts, milk tea and so on. Enhance facial cleansing, choose water or suitable cleansing products. Adhere to a moderate amount of exercise every day, and keep a calm mind.
2. Medications: Commonly used topical medications include Vitamin A acid cream, metronidazole gel, azelaic acid ointment, benzoyl peroxide gel, etc. If the symptoms are serious, doxycycline, minocycline, isotretinoin and other drugs can be taken orally.
3. Chemotherapy: commonly used for fruit acid peeling. Applying fruit acids on the face can remove the abnormal keratinized skin, thus playing a role in the treatment of acne.
4. Physical therapy: photodynamic therapy, laser therapy, etc., all help to improve acne.
If you have acne all over your face, it is recommended that you go to a dermatologist in time to take the appropriate treatment and follow your doctor’s instructions for medication.
