Some suggestions for living with chronic constipation

Many people will ask me, constipation need to pay attention to what, often after answering the patient can not remember. Never mind, I list them all, you can check whether you have done: 1, intake of adequate fiber: increase the fiber-rich foods, such as watercress, leeks, wheat bran, oats, bran, etc., moderate consumption of gas-producing vegetables such as potatoes, radishes, onions, soybeans, raw cucumbers, or can not remember? It does not matter, anyway, you eat fruits and vegetables, chewing finished there are a lot of slag (of course, you need to eat with slag), most of them will be rich in dietary fiber. 2, evenly replenish enough water: because water can increase intestinal contents, stimulate intestinal peristalsis and can soften the stool, while stimulating the role of defecation, reflexively cause defecation. But do not use strong tea (tannic acid in tea has an astringent effect, not conducive to intestinal peristalsis) instead of boiling water. Another point is uniform, do not “thirsty enough and then drink a full”. 3, appropriate exercise: vary by person and age, in general, exercise is recommended 2-3 times a week, about 30 minutes each time, a slight sweat is appropriate. 4, release the tension and pressure in work life: Now this society, who have pressure: “you have pressure, I have pressure, unresolved”. But truth be told, who can not release their own pressure who is prone to constipation. 5, to develop good bowel habits: people have their own biological clock, some people are used to defecate in the morning, some people are used to defecate at night, it does not matter, the key is to form their own habits. However, there are still a few suggestions, generally after eating or drinking water will stimulate gastrointestinal peristalsis, so it is better to defecate within half an hour after eating and drinking water. In addition, defecation is not recommended to increase abdominal pressure very hard, nor is it recommended to take too long to defecate, preferably within 5 minutes. Patients with short-term defecation problems after anal surgery can also refer to the above suggestions.
