How is the resection of most of the left temporo-occipital open saddle area chondrosarcoma?

  Male 26 years old with loss of vision and headache. Diagnosis: chondrosarcoma of the saddle area. Most of the tumor was resected by left temporo-occipital craniotemporal approach, and postoperative recovery was still satisfactory, with transient left-sided actinic nerve palsy.
