Female 52 years old with recurrence 6 months after resection of slope chondrosarcoma. Unsteady walking, hoarseness, choking on water, and difficulty swallowing. Sub-total resection of distal lateral craniotomy lesion. The postoperative recovery was acceptable and the family and patient were satisfied.
