There is no absolute contraindication, but the following conditions should be used with caution: 1. Intracranial hemorrhage or increased intracranial pressure. 2.Severe shock that is difficult to be corrected by drugs. 3.Severe cardiomyopathy with refractory heart failure. 4.Active bleeding. 5.Psychiatric disorders that cannot be treated with hemodialysis.
