Recently, we met many female patients with chronic kidney disease in the clinic, and they are very worried whether their bodies can get married and pregnant and have children normally. Chronic kidney disease is a common disease in China. About the problem of pregnancy in patients with chronic kidney disease, it is a problem that our nephrologists and obstetricians often have to face. In recent years, it has been reported that this disease has little effect on pregnancy and the kidney function of patients after pregnancy. Especially in recent years, there have been some reports of successful pregnancy or timely termination of pregnancy in patients with more severe kidney disease with renal recovery. Chronic kidney disease is a very diverse disease both clinically and pathologically. It has been suggested that the more severe the pathological manifestations, the greater the likelihood of developing hypertensive disorders of pregnancy in pregnant women. It is also believed that patients with severe pathological damage should not be pregnant. Whether chronic kidney disease can successfully pass through pregnancy depends on the clinical indicators before and during early pregnancy, specifically: 1. normal blood pressure; 2. normal renal function; 3. no large amount of proteinuria, especially nephrotic syndrome range proteinuria; 4. mild type of renal pathology; 5. no obvious tubulointerstitial and vascular lesions. Even so, it is important to strengthen pregnancy monitoring and pay attention to proteinuria, renal function, blood pressure and fetal development.
