A few very small blood spots appear on the body

A few very small blood spots on the body may be caused by capillary dilation. Primary capillary dilation is due to congenital vascular malformations, genetic causes, and secondary capillary dilation is due to environmental factors, including prolonged sun exposure and hot, hyperthermic environments.

Patients may show punctate, patchy, stellate, and linear red lesions in the arteries and veins of the skin mucosa, as well as facial erythema as a form of capillary dilation.

Primary capillary dilation is difficult to cure completely, and secondary capillary dilation is treated by first removing the causative factors, not being exposed to high temperature and heat for a long time, secondly avoiding all kinds of hot and cold stimuli, and finally by photoelectric therapy, where intense pulsed light can improve capillary dilation.

Patients with leukemia have small red dots or bruises or bruises on the skin, and patients often have symptoms such as weakness, pallor, palpitations, dizziness, shortness of breath, and swelling of the lower extremities. The early stages of leukemia can be characterized by anemia and bleeding, mainly from the nose, mouth, gums, subcutaneous, fundus, intracranial, inner ear and internal organs. In severe cases, it also leads to increased intracranial pressure, meningeal irritation, and limb paralysis.
