There are several grades of lymph nodes

Lymph nodes are categorized into 5 grades. Generally, the higher the grade, the more serious the condition of lymph nodes.
1. Lymph node grade 1: As a chronic granulomatous disease of the lymphatic reticular system, the cause of lymph nodes is still unclear, probably related to autoimmune abnormality, and most of them are benign lesions. The cause of the disease is still unclear, and it may be related to autoimmune abnormalities. Most of the lymph nodes are benign, and there is usually no obvious symptom in grade 1 lymph nodes, so it is difficult to be recognized after the onset of disease.
2. Lymph node grade 2: When lymph node grade 2 develops, it is usually characterized by the appearance of corn-like nodules on the lymph nodes, which can be touched with the hands.
3. Lymph node grade 3: Lymph nodes in grade 3 may be more numerous than those in grade 2, or they may be larger in size, and are usually clinically benign.
4. Lymph node grade 4: If a lymph node has reached grade 4, it will be larger in size. Pathologic biopsy may be needed to clarify the nature of the lymph node. If the nodule is clearly benign, surgery may be considered to remove it if appropriate to avoid further deterioration.
5. Lymph node grade 5: If the lymph node has reached grade 5, the probability of malignant transformation is generally higher. In addition to surgical removal, radiotherapy or chemotherapy may be required after surgery.
If you find lymph nodes in your organism, you must not deal with them on your own, but should go to the hospital in time for relevant examinations. If it is clearly diagnosed as lymph nodes, it is also necessary to cooperate with the doctor to take medication and surgical treatment, so as not to aggravate the condition due to untimely treatment.
