How much blood pressure is normal for a person

The normal range of blood pressure in humans is 90-140 mmHg systolic and 60-90 mmHg diastolic.
The normal blood pressure range for adults includes normal blood pressure and normal high blood pressure, which is also normal but has an increased risk of developing hypertension.
Normal systolic blood pressure should be less than 140 mmHg and normal diastolic blood pressure should be less than 90 mmHg. Normal blood pressure is a systolic blood pressure of <120 mmHg and/or a diastolic blood pressure of <80 mmHg, whereas normal high blood pressure has a systolic blood pressure in the range of 120-139 mmHg and/or a diastolic blood pressure in the range of 80-89 mmHg. Any abnormality in blood pressure measurement should be repeated in time. Occasional higher-than-normal blood pressure may be caused by physiological fluctuation of blood pressure, which is also normal. It is recommended that blood pressure be checked regularly, and any abnormalities should be retested and prompt medical attention is required.
