When the above symptoms appear, it is more of an abnormal sensation in the throat, which can be caused by organic lesions in the throat or adjacent organs, such as pharyngitis, pharyngeal reflux disease, tonsillar hypertrophy, excessive length of the uvula, benign and malignant tumors in the pharynx. It may also be caused by functional diseases, mainly belonging to a kind of neurosis, and most patients will have a strong fear of cancer. This kind of abnormal sensation may also occur when endocrine function is disrupted. Therefore, laryngoscopy needs to be improved first to observe the whole laryngeal cavity under bright vision, and if it is mainly mucosal lesions, medication as well as diet regulation can be adopted as treatment. If obvious neoplasia is found, it can be surgically removed and sent for pathological analysis to determine whether it is benign or malignant according to the examination. If the disease is malignant, further treatment plans need to be developed in conjunction with local imaging findings.
