Rub your hands hot and lightly rub the face to promote blood circulation and make it more effective.  2, because the disease affects chewing, food is easily retained between the affected cheek when eating chewing, so you should do a good job of oral care, rinse your mouth with 3% soda or warm water after meals, and brush your teeth before going to bed.  3, the eyelids can not be closed, should reduce external stimulation, such as: television, computer, ultraviolet light, etc.. Apply eye ointment before going to bed and cover the eyes with saline wet gauze to protect the cornea.  4, appropriate activities, strengthen the body calcination, often listen to light music, calm and happy mood, sufficient sleep.  5, emotional care: the sudden onset of the disease, some patients do not know enough, internal depression, worry about the change of the face, all day long, more patients are worried about the prognosis, in response to the patient’s various thoughts, sincere, patient explanation of the patient’s questions, and take the initiative to explain to the patient the cause of the onset, changes in the condition and the prognosis of the return.
