   As an ultrasonographer, we pay more attention to the analysis and diagnosis of diseases, hoping to obtain reasonable diagnostic results through ultrasound examination, provide accurate and reliable reference basis for clinical practice, and realize the maximum value of ultrasound examination. However, there must be a process to obtain a perfect result, and sometimes the influence of the process on the result is decisive, so how to go through a perfect process and obtain a perfect result is the problem of ultrasound aesthetics research. Director Yang elaborated on the connotation of ultrasound aesthetics in three aspects: 1. The configuration of instruments and facilities and the “reasonable beauty” of the department’s management. The ultrasound department should formulate medium and long-term planning, allocate reasonable machines, personnel and examination rooms and other supporting facilities according to the scale and development trend of the hospital to meet the needs of ultrasound development. To make ultrasound doctors only concentrate on their own diagnostic and analytical work, not because of insufficient instruments and dry anxiety, and do not have to cope with the lack of personnel. In addition, to encourage the development of new business, new projects. The discipline of ultrasound is developing rapidly, and new businesses and projects are emerging all the time, so if you do not advance, you will fall back.  Second, the layout should be reasonable. Create a comfortable and pleasant working environment. The ultrasound department and other examination departments are arranged centrally to facilitate patients to complete various examinations and to avoid patients running back and forth for examinations. The ultrasound department should be set up in a place with a wide view and convenient transportation, so that patients can easily find and reach it. Ultrasound department should have independent waiting room, separate from the examination area, realize the separation of movement and quiet examination area.  Once again, the process should be reasonable. Ultrasound department should design a reasonable and simple examination process to facilitate patients as much as possible and reduce the number of patients running back and forth and queuing. All ultrasound examination rooms should be centralized to facilitate patients to do all ultrasound examinations in one visit.  Finally, the assessment should be reasonable. Abandon the concept of workload first, not to engage in economic benefits. In the spirit of responsibility for patients, responsible for the hospital, adhere to the quality first orientation. Only the pursuit of workload and economic benefits, regardless of the actual capacity of the examination department, unrestricted open acceptance of patients, which is not a scientific approach, will inevitably lead to a decline in the quality of the examination, resulting in a series of adverse consequences.  2, the beauty of norms First of all, the examination norms. Ultrasound doctors to implement the consultation norms.  Secondly, the diagnosis standard. According to the diagnostic ideas and content of ultrasound, careful observation, careful analysis.  Finally, the report is standardized. Uniform form, informative content, illustrations and text, no controversy.  3, the beauty of harmony First of all, the harmony between the ultrasonographer and the patient. Ultrasound doctors should love their jobs, adhere to professional ethics, respect patients, understand patients, usually strive to study the business, improve the business level, and be highly responsible for each patient. On the other hand, patients should have a basic understanding of ultrasound examination, understand and trust the ultrasound doctor, provide truthful information about their condition before the examination, prepare carefully, cooperate actively with the examination during the examination, and look at the ultrasound examination objectively after the examination.  Secondly, the ultrasonographer and the clinician should get along harmoniously. The ultrasonographer’s examination is to serve the clinician and assist the clinical diagnosis, so the clinician and the ultrasonographer should understand each other, trust each other, cooperate with each other, and do their respective work well with a highly responsible attitude toward the patient. If they find any deviation in diagnosis, they should communicate with each other in time, exchange with each other, support each other and solve the problem properly.  In order to achieve standardized diagnosis and reduce the occurrence of misdiagnosis and omission, ultrasound doctors constantly strengthen their own business level of learning. Through regular intra-departmental technical lectures, discussion of difficult cases, consultation of difficult cases and follow-up system, they constantly improve their diagnostic thinking and level.  We focus on strengthening the communication and contact with clinical departments, sharing the follow-up results of cases, and providing valuable reference opinions for the clinic. We also strengthen the communication with patients to make them understand the significance and limitations of ultrasound examination, so that they can understand and accept it, and be able to understand each other.  We hope that hospitals, ultrasound doctors, clinicians and patients will work together to create harmony and beauty on the road of ultrasound aesthetics.
