Initially, the skin is flushed with unclear borders, gradually spreading to the surrounding area, the patient feels that the perianal skin is moist, the lesioned skin is in the shape of an olive ball, itching, and after the patient scratches, there is exudate on the skin surface and a fishy odor. Acute eczema recurring episodes, delayed into chronic eczema, severe skin damage, surface roughness, deepening skin lines, cracking, paroxysmal itching, the duration of the disease for months or years. Eczema treatment can be divided into 3 steps: 1, external treatment. Generally fumigation with Chinese herbs, commonly used with alum, bitter ginseng, snake beds, cypress, pepper, etc., combined with topical creams. Early eczema or a short course of disease, the lesions are not serious treatment is more effective. 2.Injection therapy. Intradermal injection of methylene blue, prednisolone mixture, play a subcutaneous capillary nerve blocking effect, to achieve the purpose of anti-itch, suitable for external treatment is not significant or itching is particularly serious. 3.Surgery. The perianal skin excision suture can be done, suitable for large lesions, long duration of the disease, serious lesions, the above methods are not effective. Perianal eczema can be prevented by first eliminating various suspected causes, such as intestinal parasites, digestive system diseases, and perianal local diseases. Secondly, avoid contact with allergenic substances such as irritating foods, drugs and chemicals.
