Liver disease is a condition that occurs in the liver. It includes hepatitis B, hepatitis A, hepatitis C, cirrhosis, steatosis, hepatocellular carcinoma, alcoholic liver and many other liver diseases. It is a common and very harmful disease, and should be actively prevented. 1.Gastrointestinal manifestations: This is the most common symptom of liver disease, which will appear in most liver diseases, such as: nausea, anorexia of grease, poor appetite, generalized fatigue, etc. Vomiting, diarrhea, splenomegaly and other symptoms may occur. Such symptoms may also be related to hepatogenic ulcer disease caused by chronic liver disease, portal hypertensive enteropathy and so on. 2. Liver discomfort: among all the symptoms of liver disease, liver discomfort and pain in the liver area are more specific, when such symptoms appear, firstly suspect that they are caused by liver disease, and traumatic factors should be excluded. Occasionally, temporary hepatic pain and discomfort may occur in normal people, which is relatively rare. Liver discomfort and pain in the liver area are often related to the compression of hepatic pericardium by hepatomegaly, and the nature and degree of pain in the liver area are different with the regression of the disease and the aggravation or alleviation of hepatomegaly. Hepatocellular carcinoma generally aggravates progressively, which is mainly caused by the increasing size of hepatocellular carcinoma tumor compressing hepatic peritoneum. 3. Systemic manifestations: Weakness and easy fatigue are the most common systemic manifestations. Some patients with liver disease may be accompanied by different degrees of jaundice, which manifests as yellow urine, yellow eyes and yellow skin, and is the most specific symptom of liver disease (except physiological jaundice in children). Itchy skin occurs when jaundice is too high. 4. Liver palm and spider nevus: Many chronic liver diseases will have liver palm, spider nevus and liver disease face, especially cirrhosis patients are more common. However, there is no specificity of liver palms and spider moles, which can be seen in normal people, so it is not possible to say that it is a symptom of liver disease when people have spider moles or liver palms. 5, ascites: ascites usually occurs in the advanced stage of liver disease or when the condition is extremely serious, such as cirrhosis, ascites means that it has entered the advanced stage of cirrhosis. 6.Bleeding tendency: Bleeding phenomenon of liver disease is reflected in the decrease of liver function, which reduces the synthesis of coagulation factors. It is easy to cause bleeding gums, hemorrhoids, gastrointestinal bleeding, etc., and it is difficult to stop bleeding. 7, portal hypertension: portal hypertension refers to the elevated pressure of portal vein system. It often causes esophagogastric fundus varices, which is the main cause of gastrointestinal bleeding. Once bleeding occurs, combined with hemorrhagic tendency, the condition is often more dangerous, and it is one of the main causes of death in liver disease (mainly refers to cirrhosis and advanced stage of liver cancer). 8. Hepatic encephalopathy: this is the manifestation of the development of liver disease to the end stage, the symptoms are extremely dangerous, and it is the most important cause of death from liver disease.
