Since the establishment of the Wound Care Center on September 28, 2004, with the support of hospital leaders at all levels, we have made useful exploration and achieved initial results in terms of operation and management methods and technical innovation and improvement, and formulated and achieved the expected goals of “123456”, namely, to obtain one provincial and ministerial-level scientific and technological achievements and We will publish one monograph, carry out two new business techniques, complete at least three scientific research projects, obtain four national utility model patents and publish at least four papers in core journals of statistical sources every year, teach at least five “three students” (postgraduates, trainees and interns) every year, and hold at least eight continuing education courses in 10 years. As the first wound care center in the army and the province, the first problem facing the initial wound care center is how to reasonably set up and optimize the process? How to manage and operate scientifically? How to find the foothold of sustainable development? With the support of the section leadership, we took the construction of specialized nursing team as the base point, took the original innovation combined with the introduction of innovation to improve specialized nursing technology and methods as the grasp, took the creation of wound specialized nursing brand as the goal, explored the operation and management methods featuring the dual job stoma therapist model and process management, established 25 wound treatment technology processes and 20 wound management processes, and treated various types of wounds in 10 years In the past 10 years, we have treated 120,000 patients with various types of wounds and ostomies, with zero disputes and zero complaints, and received 18 banners and a monthly satisfaction assessment with a satisfaction rate of 99%-100%. We have accepted more than 50 cases of out-of-hospital consultation and more than 4,000 cases of in-hospital consultation, provided specialized nursing services for patients suffering from wounds, opened green channels for military casualties, and treated 8,000 cases of various types of wounds, which has achieved good social and military benefits. 2. Clinical research catalyzes the formation of nursing technology brand Since 2005, around the theme of “innovation and improvement of new techniques and treatments for wound treatment” and “process setting and management methods of wound care center”, we have applied for and completed 4 projects funded by the hospital research fund and 4 horizontal projects. Since 2005, we have applied for and completed 4 projects funded by hospital research fund, 2 horizontal projects, 1 scientific and technological innovation project of Nanjing Military District, published 145 papers in core journals of statistical sources, 3 SCI papers, 1 third prize of scientific and technological progress of Chinese Nursing Association (provincial and ministerial level), 1 third prize of military scientific and technological progress and 4 national utility model patents, 1 first prize of introduction of new medical technology in Jiangsu Province and 1 third prize of technological innovation of hospital treatment. The Center has also won 1 prize for the introduction of new medical technology in Jiangsu Province and 1 prize for hospital treatment technology innovation, published 1 monograph, and participated in the editing of 1 national 12th Five-Year Plan postgraduate textbook. At present, the wound care center carries out wound treatment items such as VAC technology (negative pressure wound treatment technology), wet treatment technology, infrared assisted treatment, red light assisted treatment, combined debridement technology, autolytic debridement technology, mechanical debridement technology, etc., which improve the healing rate and shorten the healing time of chronic wounds and reduce the pain of patients. 10 years ago, the wound care center adopted new technology and new treatment to cure chronic Since the opening of “Chronic Wound and Stoma Specialized Care Clinic” in August 2007, the Wound Care Center has treated more than 15,000 cases of complex chronic wounds in the past 6 years, 80% of which are foreign patients from The clinic has formed a nationwide network of patients with a focus on pressure wounds. In the past six years, the hospital has treated more than 15,000 cases of complex chronic wounds, 80% of which were patients from overseas and from all over the country. The brand effect of specialized nursing technology featuring pressure ulcer care has been formed nationwide. In 2013, the Chinese Institute of Scientific and Technological Information published the “2007-2012 Top Paper Leaders 5000 (F5000) of Fine Academic Journals”, in which a total of 5,000 articles were selected nationwide, and our hospital was selected for a total of 21 articles, among which nursing was selected for 2 articles, 2 scientific research papers of the Wound Care Center. In 2014, the Wound Care Center was awarded 4 more F5000 top academic papers, 1 third prize of excellent papers in natural science issued by Nanjing Municipal Government in 2013, 1 third prize of excellent papers issued by China Nursing Management magazine under the supervision of the State Ministry of Health in 2010, and 1 first prize of excellent papers issued by China Nursing Management magazine in 2014. 3. Specialty training promotes the rapid growth of professional nurses Referring to the results of domestic and foreign research, combined with the development goals of the wound care center, we started the wound care specialty training program in 2006 with the following goals: ① Update the concept and standardize the process: develop various operational procedures, use theory to guide and standardize practice and implement them to each operational aspect of wound care. ② Combining basic theory with the latest advances, aiming to consolidate basic knowledge and combine domestic and international advances to improve methods and enhance effects. (iii) Combining common needs and individual characteristics, the specialty training and refresher training plan for the year is formulated according to the current year’s specialty growth goal for undergraduate nurses and the refresher training purpose for advanced nurses, respectively. ④ Combine research topics with training contents, decompose the contents of the topics of successfully declared hospital research fund funded projects as part of the training contents, aiming to train scientific research awareness and research thinking and methods. We adopt annual, thematic and hierarchical training, and organize implementation and assessment. The overall goal of the training is to train and improve personal comprehensive ability and specialist nursing ability and level, to create a professional nursing team, and to provide quality professional nursing services to patients. As of December 2014, we have taught 58 nurses in training, 100 nursing trainees from Nanjing Ostomy School, 36 nursing cadres from all departments of the hospital, and 13 nursing postgraduates, who have been trained to play a good role as professional nurses in their respective positions. 4. Academic exchange spreads professional ideas and expands academic influence On the basis of the initial results of exploration work, we started to apply for and hold continuing education programs at the provincial level or above in 2006 to conduct academic exchanges with counterparts at home and abroad, and have so far successfully held 8 provincial and national continuing education programs, and invited counterparts from Australia, Germany, the United States, Korea, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan, etc. The work of the Wound Care Center has attracted the attention and affirmation of foreign counterparts, and has attracted the attention of domestic counterparts. Jiang Qixia, the international ostomy therapist and chief nurse of the Wound Care Center, became a member of the World Association of Ostomy Therapists (WCET) in 2007, and was appointed as the vice chairman of the Oncology Nursing Committee and the vice chairman of the Wound Ostomy Incontinence Nursing Committee by the Jiangsu Nursing Association in 2006 and 2009, and was appointed as the first editorial board member of the Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing in 2008 and the second editorial board member in 2012. He was appointed as the second editorial board member of Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing in 2008 and the second editorial board member of Chinese Journal of Nursing in 2012. In 2010, she was appointed as a member of the Trauma Nursing Group of the Trauma Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, and in 2012, she was appointed as a deputy director of the Stoma Wound Incontinence Nursing Committee of the Chinese Nursing Association. Looking back at the growth process in the past 10 years, we feel a lot of emotions, and looking forward to the future, we deeply feel that we have a long way to go. We will study and practice the spirit of love for the cause, work and patients of academician Li Jieshou and the spirit of scientific research and exploration that is not afraid of difficulties and always climbing to the peak, and keep exploring and working hard to make more achievements.
