There are many arteries and veins in the pelvis and the blood supply is very rich. When the pelvic fracture is displaced, it will cause vascular damage, so the bleeding is very large, and it is very easy to cause shock. In case of shock: 1. promptly send to the neighboring hospital to reduce the resuscitation time. 2. give timely rehydration, promptly check the patient’s blood pressure, pulse, consciousness, hemoglobin, red blood cell pressure product, etc. in order to have a comprehensive understanding of the shocked patient’s condition. 3. carefully exclude pelvic organ injuries, such as those of the bladder, urethra, rectum and large pelvic vessels, as well as nerves. 4. actively control bleeding, give blood transfusion and rehydration to replenish blood volume. 5. External fixation brace should be temporarily fixed to keep the pelvis stable, and ventilator-assisted breathing should be performed if necessary.
