Which vegetables should not be eaten by uremia

There is no food that uremia patients absolutely can not eat, but generally try not to eat high potassium, high salt, high phosphorus and other foods, avoid high potassium, high salt, high phosphorus vegetables.
1. Vegetables with high potassium: most uremic patients with poor renal excretion of potassium, easy to suffer from hyperkalemia, eating vegetables containing high potassium can easily lead to aggravation of the condition, such as potatoes, pumpkin, tomatoes, purple cabbage, spinach and so on.
2. Vegetables with high salt content: salted vegetables generally refer to vegetables made of salt, such as squash, pickled cucumber, kimchi, etc. If patients with uremia often eat foods with high salt content, they are prone to sodium retention and elevated blood pressure, which will lead to aggravation of their condition.
3. High-phosphorus foods and vegetables, such as peanuts, nuts, animal offal, seafood, bacon, etc., to avoid high phosphorus caused by calcium and phosphorus disorders, to prevent further aggravation of the disease.
In addition, uremia patients daily diet also need to strictly control fluid intake, so as to avoid sodium retention aggravate the disease.
