Minimally invasive treatment modalities for gallstone disease?

The incidence of gallstone disease is high in China, up to 20% in some areas, and the patients suffer a lot. There are many clinical treatment methods, such as lithotripsy and lithotripsy by Chinese and Western medicine, and lithotripsy by Western medicine, but the treatment effect is often not good. However, the treatment is often not effective. Minimally invasive surgical treatment (also known as endoscopic surgery) is developing rapidly, which can be said to be a new milestone in the history of world surgery, characterized by less trauma, less pain, and faster recovery. Minimally invasive treatment for different types of gallstone disease is introduced as follows: Gallbladder stones: Percutaneous choledochoscopic lithotripsy: a treatment to remove stones by preserving the gallbladder, mostly used for adolescents and patients with good gallbladder function. Laparoscopic cholecystectomy; common bile duct and intrahepatic bile duct stones: transgastroduodenoscopic choledochal papillotomy, which can enlarge the opening to remove obstructing stones from the common bile duct and facilitate the discharge of other stones; transgastroduodenoscopic fiberoptic choledochotomy for stone extraction and T-tube drainage: a difficult operation, which can be done with the function of fiberoptic choledochoscope that can be turned at will through a good operating field of laparoscopy It is difficult to complete the operation by general surgery, and is a unique surgical method in China. All the above treatments are minimally invasive surgery, generally 1 to 5 in the abdomen, 0.6 to 1CM incision, the next day after surgery can eat and get out of bed. The cost varies from region to region in the range of 20,000 to 30,000.
