Combination chemotherapy for lymphoma

Combination chemotherapy is a very important measure in the treatment of nasal extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma. The selection of chemotherapy regimens is a very specialized task, taking into account the patient’s condition, age, vital organ function, etc. Commonly used chemotherapy regimens include CHOP-like regimens and regimens containing levomucoidase. The course of combination chemotherapy usually varies from 4-8 chemotherapy sessions, with 1-2 weeks of medication and 2-3 weeks of rest each time, usually once a month. Depending on the efficacy of the treatment, the chemotherapy regimen and the dose of drugs sometimes need to be adjusted. Some symptomatic treatments, such as antiemetic and diuretic, will be used during chemotherapy.
