Is local or general anesthesia used for fat and fat gel fillers?

Most of them use general anesthesia, but if the area is relatively small, the scope is relatively small, for example, only a nasolabial fold is filled, local anesthesia can solve the problem. First of all, I think that general anesthesia is not painful and does not make the candidate have a painful memory, and he can become beautiful after a sleep. Secondly, general anesthesia is beneficial for fat filling, because the amount of local filling and whether it is flat can be seen clearly under general anesthesia, and a flat state can be achieved. If it is done under local anesthesia, the amount of injection needs to be estimated, and whether it is flat or not after the injection cannot be seen or felt, so the chance of unevenness after the operation is relatively higher. Thirdly, general anesthesia can effectively ensure the safety of the surgery. The most fearful thing about fat filler is that it is injected into the blood vessels, so under general anesthesia I can see the blood vessels on the face, the level of the filler, and how to avoid the location of the blood vessels, which increases the safety of the surgery. If the procedure is performed under local anesthesia, although there is parapeptide added to it, which can make the blood vessels shrink, but if the blood vessels are fixed, without the injection of anesthetic, it is sliding and goes away with a push. But in the case of a fixed position, if the force is slightly greater, the blood vessel will be pushed and the fat will be injected into the vessel, so I personally recommend general anesthesia. For this issue, I have given a special lecture in the national medical conference on the advantages of general anesthesia for fat fillers.
