Urticaria is a skin disease caused by allergic factors. The clinical manifestation is the appearance of wind clusters of different sizes on the skin surface, which rise and fall and recur. If the history of the disease exceeds six weeks, it becomes chronic urticaria and is treated with the following methods: i. Antihistamines. Whether acute or chronic urticaria, oral antihistamines, such as loratadine tablets, levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets, epinastine hydrochloride tablets, etc.; ii. corticosteroids. Acute urticaria, if the disease is relatively heavy to use corticosteroids; third, antibiotics. Some patients with urticaria caused by infection, to use antibiotics for treatment; IV. topical drugs. Topical application of glyburide lotion, mometasone furoate cream, butyl hydroxy acid cream, etc.; V. Other drugs. If conventional medication is not good, thalidomide, hydroxychloroquine sulfate, and rehmannia can be used for treatment.
