How to tell if you are ovulating every month

A basal body temperature test is used to find out if you are ovulating each month.
The menstrual cycle is divided into the follicular phase, ovulation phase, luteal phase, and menstrual phase. Ovulation (luteinizing hormone peak) after 1 ~ 2 days of body temperature gradually increased 0.3 ~ 0.5 ℃, and maintained for 12 ~ 14 days, this phase is called the luteal phase, the entire temperature axis shows biphasic body temperature, for normal ovulation. On the contrary, it will not show biphasic body temperature.
Basal body temperature refers to the human body in a state of wakefulness and quiet, not affected by muscle activity, mental stress, food and the environment, usually measured in the morning before waking up.
The basal body temperature test can not only understand whether ovulation occurs through the curve of the temperature axis, but also reflect the functional status of the corpus luteum. If the basal body temperature does not show a biphasic temperature line, it indicates that ovulation has not occurred.
It is recommended to go to the hospital before using the basal body temperature for ovulation test, and conduct the test or ultrasound monitoring under the guidance of the doctor, so as to avoid the delay in monitoring ovulation due to the lack of understanding of the requirements of the basal body temperature test.
