To remove toxins from the body may want to try more outdoor activities

  Under normal circumstances the human body produces a lot of “garbage” every day, health experts provide a lot of good advice, for example, by talking about the diet to help eliminate the garbage and toxins in the gastrointestinal tract caused by the consumption of meat, fungus is known as “intestinal scavenger”. I would like to introduce another way to remove toxins from the body – outdoor activities.  First of all, I would like to introduce a concept, one of the harmful components in the body – free radicals: free radicals are harmful compounds produced by the body’s oxidation reactions, which are strongly oxidizing and can damage the body’s tissues and cells, thus causing chronic diseases and aging effects. Free radicals ROS is a substance lacking in electrons (unsaturated electron material), which enters the human body and competes for electrons everywhere. If the electrons of cellular protein molecules are taken away, the proteins are branched and alkylated to form distorted molecules that cause cancer, cardiovascular diseases and other diseases. Eating (drinking) more antioxidant foods, such as tea, spinach, hawthorn, red wine, tomatoes, etc., is also a good way to scavenge free radicals.  The connection between outdoor activities and free radical scavenging may not be clear to everyone, but in order to understand it, we also need to understand a concept: grounding. We have all heard of “grounding”, but why do we need to “ground”?
What is the “ground gas”? Ground gas is actually nature’s original material with rich electron clusters, the electrons carried by the ground gas can neutralize the toxins in our body – unsaturated ions in the state of free radicals, thus preventing free radicals from taking away the electrons of the organs in the body, that is, to remove toxins to protect our body. I have been hiking Mount Tai once a year for 10 years, and no matter which way I choose to climb, it usually takes about 6 hours to reach the top. The magnetic field of Mount Tai is stronger, and the free electron layer is brought together to the surface of the mountain under the action of magnetic force, so the ground energy of Mount Tai is stronger. There is no doubt that insisting on climbing the mountain is a good way to get grounded and in touch with nature.
