Mossy dermatitis generally refers to chronic simple moss, also called neurodermatitis.
The cause of neurodermatitis has a lot to do with psychoneurological factors. The main symptom is intense itching of the skin, and prolonged scratching will make the skin become rough and hypertrophied, with mossy lesions.
Epidermolysis bullosa occurs on the neck, back, elbows, waist, perineum and scrotum, etc. It begins with localized itching or irritation such as friction, and if scratched for a long time, it will appear deep grooves and bulges of typical eosinophilic lesions, which may have some scales on them.
Erythrodermatitis is mainly treated with glucocorticoid drugs, such as tretinoin cream, mometasone furoate cream, etc. If the itching is severe, you can take oral antihistamine drugs, such as cetirizine and loratadine.
All of the above medications should be used under the guidance of a doctor, avoid self-medication. Avoid the use of irritating skin care products and avoid excessive moisture or dryness of the skin.
