How to treat acromegaly

Condyloma acuminatum, also known as genital warts and venereal warts, is a sexually transmitted disease caused by human papilloma virus infection. The incubation period is usually 1-8 months, with an average of 3 months, and it occurs in sexually active young and middle-aged people, aged 20-40. Since HPV tends to survive and proliferate in a moist and warm environment, it is more likely to occur at the junction of skin and mucous membranes, mostly in the urethra/internal, glans, coronal sulcus and thin band of foreskin in men, in the anus in homosexuals, and in the labia majora and minora, vaginal opening, cervix and perianal area in women. The current treatment methods are mainly physical therapy. The main physical treatments are CO2 laser treatment, freezing, electrocautery, microwave, etc. The advantage of physical therapy is that it can act directly on the lesions and destroy the warts to achieve the purpose of treatment. However, the disadvantage is that physical therapy has a limited scope and depth of treatment, and usually cannot remove subclinical and latent infections. It has a high recurrence rate and is often used in combination with other medications.
