How is neurogenic deafness treated?

Hearing loss can be caused by any structural or functional disorder in the transmitting, sensory or analytic parts of the human auditory system, and can be characterized by varying degrees of hearing loss, ranging from hard of hearing to deafness. Hearing loss caused by impairment of sound perception and transmission of nerve impulses due to damage to the hair cells of the spiral apparatus, the auditory nerve, the auditory conduction pathway or neurons at all levels is collectively referred to clinically as sensorineural deafness. 1.Medication While excluding or treating the primary disease, we should use drugs that can dilate inner ear blood vessels, reduce blood viscosity and dissolve small blood clots, glucocorticoids, B vitamins and energy synergists as early as possible, and apply antiviral and antibacterial drugs when necessary. 2. Hearing aid is a kind of amplification device that helps deaf people to hear sound. It can be used for people with average hearing loss of 35~80dB in speech frequency, and the best effect is around 60dB in hearing. 3.Cochlear implant, also known as electronic cochlear implant, is a good tool to help people who are extremely deaf to gain hearing and gain or maintain speech function.
