Can I get pregnant with large gallstones?

Patient: Today I went for an ultrasound, I wrote out the results of the examination of the liver subcostal oblique cut thickness is normal, liver area light point: denser, less uniform, portal vein internal diameter 1.0cm (1.1cm last year) gallbladder size is normal, the wall is slightly hairy. The bottom of the 1.1cm strong light group is seen (last year’s check was 1.2cm strong light group, how can it be small this year? I asked the doctor who did the ultrasound, he said my stone is not round, I don’t know what it means), followed by acoustic shadow, CBD:0.4CM Ultrasound impression: liver fatty infiltration, gallbladder stones Can I have surgery first or get pregnant first in my case? If I have the surgery, will it hurt my energy and will it affect my pregnancy or my child in the future? (I prefer to have a baby before surgery, is that okay?) If I have surgery, I want to keep my gallbladder, is that okay? I hope the doctor can give me some advice! Thank you !!!! Hepatobiliary Surgery Department, Hepatobiliary Hospital: The size of the stone is not that precise, and the difference of a few millimeters is negligible. It is very tricky for gallbladder stone patients to develop during pregnancy. There are many concerns about medication and surgery, which are not safe enough for both mother and baby, so a reasonable arrangement should be surgery first and pregnancy after six months or a year. There are many precedents for this, and there is no significant impact on the adult or the child. I do not agree with biliary conservative treatment!
