Low-grade tubular adenoma of the colon is not serious because tubular adenoma is a benign disease that can be removed. Generally, colon cells are glandular cells, and there are tubular adenomas and villous adenomas. There are three types of tubular villous adenomas, all of which are benign lesions derived from glandular cells. If the adenoma is larger than 2 cm, there is a certain rate of malignancy, which is around 50%. If it is less than 2 cm, there is no effect after removal. If its cells are found to have changes after removal, this condition should be treated as malignant disease. Therefore, tubular adenoma is not serious and is a lesser disease.
