Does white wine kill H. pylori?

White wine can not kill Helicobacter pylori, on the contrary, drinking white wine may stimulate the gastric mucosa, direct damage to the gastric mucosa and lead to aggravation of gastritis. It may even cause stress ulcers, or cause acute erosive hemorrhagic gastritis, so please be careful. H. pylori infection inside the stomach needs to be given quadruple therapy for H. pylori eradication, i.e., PPI plus bismuth plus two antibiotics, and the specific medication needs to be consulted with a specialist. H. pylori outside the body can be killed by sterilizing it with alcohol, or by using a sterilizer to disinfect dishes. However, H. pylori inside the stomach can never be killed by drinking alcohol, including beer and wine.
