How long does it take for neurosis to recover on its own?

Neurosis, some patients can recover on their own, the specific time varies, may be months or years, and some patients may not recover on their own. Most neurasthenia is caused by stress, fast-paced life, high self-imposed demands and mental trauma. The main manifestations are anxiety, nervousness, easy fatigue, insomnia, irritability, etc. Some patients are accompanied by depressive manifestations, which seriously affect the patients’ daily life and lead to a decrease in quality of life. If the symptoms are mild, they can be significantly improved in about 3 months to 6 months through self-regulation and lifestyle changes, but if the disease is severe or combined with depression, anxiety and severe sleep disorders, it will take longer and more difficult to recover on its own, and may last for several years without improvement, or even some patients will not recover. It is recommended that patients with severe disease should be treated actively as soon as possible to improve symptoms and quality of life.
