How to group prostate cancer

The most common grading grouping of prostate cancer is now based on the 2014 International Association of Urological Pathology Upper Consensus Diagnostic Opinion above, which is divided into five main groups, first of all, prostate cancer grading: 1. Group 1: Gleason score is 3 plus 3 equals 6, which means that the differentiation of prostate cancer is relatively good; 2. Group 2: generally 3 plus 4 equals 7, most of them are are relatively well differentiated adenocarcinomas of the prostate, but a small number of poorly differentiated cancers appear in them; 3. Group 3: 4 plus 3 equals 7, most of the slightly poorly differentiated prostate adenocarcinomas have a small number of better differentiated cancers inside them; 4. Group 4: 4 plus 4 equals 8, or 5 plus 3 equals 8, most of them are poorly differentiated cancers, or a particularly poorly differentiated cancer appears in the well differentiated ones The highest score for prostate cancer is 10. 9 or 10 means that the differentiation of prostate cancer is the worst. The higher the grouping of prostate cancer, the higher the score, the worse the differentiation of the cancer and the worse the prognosis.
