Why do I need an ultrasonography (CEUS) test?

Ultrasonography is the most advanced ultrasound imaging technique available and is known as a non-invasive microcirculatory angiography. It improves the sensitivity of low velocity blood flow in human tissues and the display of tiny blood vessels, providing richer and clearer diagnostic information than black and white ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound. Clinically it can achieve the following purposes: 1. qualitative (benign and malignant) diagnosis of tumors; 2. early detection of micro lesions; 3. assessment of efficacy after interventional treatment; 4. diagnosis of vascular lesions; 5. rapid diagnosis of trauma; 6. accurate assessment of cardiac function.
