Can stomach bleeding heal on its own?

The majority of gastric bleeding does not heal on its own, and only a few mild cases of gastric bleeding may heal on their own. Gastric bleeding is also called upper gastrointestinal bleeding. There are many causes of gastric bleeding, the most common of which are peptic ulcer, ruptured fundic varices, acute erosive hemorrhagic gastritis, gastric cancer, etc. Most of these diseases do not heal on their own, so gastric bleeding cannot heal on its own, and after the occurrence of gastric bleeding, it must be actively treated. For example, patients with peptic ulcer need to take medication or endoscopic treatment on time; patients with gastric cancer and ruptured fundic varices of cirrhosis need to undergo endoscopic minimally invasive treatment or surgical treatment, etc. Patients with gastric bleeding should remember not to drink alcohol or eat too coarse food in their daily life, and should take less aspirin and other anticoagulant drugs, and pay attention to relaxation and not to overstress, otherwise it will cause gastrointestinal dysfunction and induce bleeding.
