World Voice Day: As the pace of life accelerates, social communication becomes more frequent and environmental pollution increases, voice disorders are increasing year by year, greatly affecting people’s quality of life and health. In 2003, the American Academy of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery officially named April 16 as World Voice Day, and this year’s theme is: ‘Voice, the Original Social Media’. Voice is the oldest and most basic means of communication. The condition of our voice (quality, pitch, etc.) represents our emotions, mental outlook, physical state, etc., and reflects our physical health (physical, mental and social interaction). A healthy voice not only enhances the confidence of the speaker, but also makes the listener happy and sends a healthy message. The public needs health and a good voice!
