1, remain calm
Parents should not be too alarmed or anxious to pick up the baby from the ground, do not move too hard, so as not to cause other unnecessary injuries. Mothers just need to hug him gently and soothe him. The child’s transient pain usually lasts no more than 10 minutes, and if he or she can play as usual, there is no need to worry too much. If your baby keeps crying and crying for more than 1 hour, you should seek medical attention.
2. Observe the baby’s condition
Do not pick up or move the baby immediately, but observe the baby in place while ensuring the safety of the surroundings. If the baby can cry immediately after the fall, with a normal face, a strong cry, and a reflection of the name and speech, the possibility of brain injury is generally small. Small babies are most afraid of falling on the back of the head, if they fall face down, the general danger is less.
Make sure the surrounding environment is safe to observe in place
Check the baby’s fall carefully check the baby’s fall, to see if there is bleeding where the baby fell, look at the baby’s head, limbs and body, check if there are bruises, swollen bags or other abnormalities, to correctly grasp the baby’s injury situation in a timely manner.

(2) If the baby has a small wound that is bleeding, you should immediately use a clean cloth to gently press the bleeding wound. 3, observe whether the baby is drowsy
Do not let the baby sleep within 2-3 hours after falling on the head, even if he wants to sleep by himself, if there is a serious head injury, it is easy to sleep, and it is not easy to wake up after sleeping, which will delay the valuable treatment time. In addition, if the baby falls asleep after 3 hours, wake him up once an hour or so to observe whether he is drowsy, whether it is difficult to wake up and other symptoms.
4.Close observation for 72 hours
Any fall on the head, regardless of the severity of the symptoms at the time should be closely observed for 72 hours, during the period off to check whether there is vomiting, how the mental state, whether depressed, irritable or too quiet.
