The upcoming summer vacation is something that many school-age and preschool-age children long for, but the safety of children during the holidays is of great concern. Recently, the department admitted a 3-year-old child who accidentally fell from a 4th floor balcony. Luckily, there was a roof on the first floor that cushioned most of the force, and the child ended up with cerebral contusions and subarachnoid hemorrhage, and recovered quickly after active resuscitation with insignificant neurological deficits. Therefore parents pay special attention to the safety of young children when they are home alone during holidays to prevent falls, burns, electric shocks, food poisoning and other dangers!
