Thickening and uneven echogenicity of the endometrium may be caused by the following diseases: i. There are polyps in the endometrium, so there will be uneven echogenicity. ii. It may be caused by submucosal fibroids. Third, it may be clinically caused by inflammation of the endometrium. 4. It may be caused by atypical hyperplasia of the endometrium, simple hyperplasia or cancer of the endometrium. Diagnostic curettage is recommended as early as possible, and in women of childbearing age, it is recommended in the 6th to 12th hour of menstruation. If menopause is approaching and menstrual disorders are present, diagnostic scraping can be done at any time, and the scraped tissues will be sent for pathological examination.
