Endometrial thickening with uneven echogenicity, endometrium is usually 8-12mm when menstruation is approaching, if it is more than 13mm, it is endometrial thickening. If endometrium is very thick, it is necessary to do diagnostic scraping and send the scraped endometrium to pathology department for laboratory test to see if there is any organic lesion in endometrium. If the endometrium is too thick and the echogenicity is uneven, there may be endometrial cancer, and sometimes endometrial polyp may be combined with other endometrium.
