Endometrial thickening with echogenicity means that not only is there a thickening of the endometrium, but there may be localized hyperplasia on top of this resulting in an uneven echogenicity. This condition is an indication given by ultrasound and is followed up by hysteroscopy in conjunction with whether the woman has abnormal uterine bleeding, etc. Under the conditions of hysteroscopy, the corresponding abnormal hyperplasia in the uterine cavity is understood. At the same time, endometrial scraping should be performed and excision of the growth should be given. Postoperative follow-up should be given according to the pathological results. If the pathology results suggest benign lesions, the woman should be given progestin and other medications in conjunction with the presence of abnormal uterine bleeding. If the pathology results suggest undesirable hyperplasia or even malignant hyperplasia, surgical intervention may be indicated.
