Cerebral white matter lesion grade II is usually referred to as grade II of cerebral white matter lesions as assessed by the fazekas grading scale. Clinically, the severity of cerebral white matter can be assessed by MRI and the severity of cerebral white matter lesions can be graded by the Cerebral White Matter Fazekas Rating Scale. The score is divided into 3 levels, with increasing levels suggesting higher severity of cerebral white matter. Grade 2 in the modified grading method represents plaque-like cerebral white matter lesions. Clinical manifestations of white matter lesions include memory loss, cognitive impairment, sensory deficits, and motor deficits. When white matter lesions occur, it is recommended to go to the hospital for consultation, to clarify the cause of the disease, and to use targeted medication under the guidance of the doctor, so as to avoid delaying the treatment.
