Symptoms of mycosis fungoides

  Mycosis vaginalis is a series of pathological changes in the vagina caused by mycobacterial infections, which can be recovered with proper treatment, but later requires maintenance treatment to prevent recurrence.  The symptoms of mycosis vaginalis are the same and different from other vaginal inflammatory diseases. First, mycosis vaginalis has obvious itching in the vagina and the entire vulva, with varying degrees of itching, restlessness and irritability in severe cases. Secondly, mycotic vaginitis is characterized by abnormal leucorrhea, which is sticky, similar to bean curd or milky, and vaginal itching, which are the main symptoms of mycotic vaginitis, with vaginal itching being the most typical symptom. In severe cases, bleeding and mucosal damage can be seen in the vulva, and some internal erosions and superficial ulcers can be found. To make a definite diagnosis, vaginal discharge tests can be done to detect Candida albicans.  In conclusion, the clinical manifestations of mycosis vaginalis are mainly itching and abnormal leucorrhea secretion, which affects women’s health and quality of life. It is recommended that women actively prevent and treat the disease, improve vaginal hygiene and maintain their health.
